Study Objectives:
To assess the acceptability of NDURE to white and AA HNSCC patients and HNSCC providers. To determine the feasibility of a single dedicated navigator to manage a caseload of patients for the NDURE intervention. To evaluate the feasibility of collecting pre- and post-NDURE intervention outcome measures in this patient population.
