Study Objectives: Via a pilot randomized clinical trial (N=45, randomized 2:1), examine the feasibility of a digitally-enhanced stepped care approach to depression treatment among cancer survivors. Describe the efficacy of digitally-enhanced stepped depression care as compared to guideline-concordant standard care among cancer survivors.
