Study Objectives: To explore the lived experiences of adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of head and neck cancer (HNC), focusing on how diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship have shaped their daily lives, identities, and social relationships. To describe and interpret common psychosocial, functional, and existential challenges encountered during survivorship, including issues related to communication, eating, appearance, and reintegration into peer groups.
