Study Objectives:

Determine the feasibility of ctDNA detection in plasma by next-generation sequencing (NGS) of a panel of genes known to be recurrently mutated in patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBL). Evaluate the concordance between mutation profiling of tumor tissue and mutation profiling via ctDNA assessment of plasma in patients with cHL and PMBL prior to the start of therapy. Evaluate the concordance between 9p24.1 copy number by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in tumor tissue and ctDNA assessment of plasma in patients with cHL and PMBL prior to the start of therapy. Evaluate the concordance between Epstein-Barr virus encoded RNA status by in situ hybridization (EBER-ISH) in tumor tissue and ctDNA assessment of EBV status using plasma in patients with cHL and PMBL prior to the start of therapy.
