- Study Objectives:
- Evaluate CAR- T cell function in vitro, Tumor-Derived Organoids, and ex vivo model, which includes, (i) CAR expression test; (ii) cytokine release test; (iii) in vitro cytotoxicity test, and CAR-T cell proliferation test. Evaluate CAR-T Cell Function In vivo Model. Immunocompromised mice, immunocompromised mice humanized with CD34 hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) or human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) model will be used to test human CAR-T therapy, evaluate whether it has CAR-T toxicity and harness cytokine release syndrome or not, examine Viability, Bio-distribution, and quality of CAR-T in in vivo models
