- Study Objectives:
- To characterize the safety profile of silmitasertib in combination with chemotherapy. To determine the recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of silmitasertib in combination with chemotherapy. To evaluate silmitasertib in two separate disease cohorts based on cohort 1: overall response rate assessed using the 2017 international neuroblastoma response criteria. Cohort 2 objective response rate at 12 weeks assessed using RECIST v. 1.1 criteria.
