- Study Objectives:
- Determine the incidence of pathogenic variants in patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). Assess factors that may be associated with an increased likelihood of pathogenic variants in patients with UTUC. Evaluate the association between presence of germline pathogenic variants and somatic tumor mutations. Evaluate the association between clinical outcomes, including DFS and OS, and germline pathogenic variants.
