- To determine whether optimal adjuvant endocrine therapy with CDK4/6 inhibitor is non-inferior to adjuvant chemotherapy followed by optimal endocrine therapy with CDK4/6 inhibitor as evaluated by iBCFS (invasive breast cancer-free survival).
