First-in-Human, Phase 1/1b, Open-label, Multicenter Study of Bifunctional EGFR/TGF- Fusion Protein BCA101 Monotherapy and in Combination Therapy in Patients with EGFR-Driven Advanced Solid Tumors
The investigational drug to be studied in this protocol, BCA101, is a first-in-class compound that targets both EGFR with TGFB. Based on preclinical data, this bifunctional antibody may exert synergistic activity in patients with EGFR-driven tumors.

RANDOMIZED PHASE III TRIAL OF MFOLFIRINOX +/- NIVOLUMAB VS. FOLFOX +/- NIVOLUMAB FOR FIRST-LINE TREATMENT OF METASTATIC HER2-NEGATIVE GASTROESOPHAGEAL ADENOCARCINOMA
To determine if overall survival (OS) is improved in patients who received mFOLFIRINOX +/- nivolumab in comparison to FOLFOX +/- nivolumab as first-line chemotherapy for metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. To compare other indices of efficacy, including progression-free survival, objective response rates and duration of response between both treatment arms. To evaluate safety and tolerability associated with treatment in each of the treatment arms. To evaluate the proportion of patients receiving second line of therapy in both arms. To evaluate tolerability of the treatment in both arms using PRO-CTCAE

A Phase 1 Open Label Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of ABBV-400 in Select Advanced Solid Tumor Indications
To assess the efficacy of ABBV-400 in each solid tumor indication, including advanced or metastatic HCC, BTC, PDAC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2- BC and HNSCC. To characterize the safety and tolerability of ABBV-400 as monotherapy in advanced or metastatic HCC, BTC, PDAC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2- BC, and HNSCC.

Randomized Phase II/III Trial of 2nd Line Nivolumab + Paclitaxel + Ramucirumab versus Paclitaxel + Ramucirumab in Patients with PD-L1 CPS 1 Advanced Gastric and Esophageal Adenocarcinoma (PARAMUNE)
To compare health-related quality of life (HRQOL) by treatment arm at 8 weeks after randomization, measured using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Gastric (FACT-Ga) Trial Outcome Index.

A Phase 1a/1b Study of NRM-823 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Immune Checkpoint Inhibition in Participants with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Refractory Solid Tumors
To determine the safety and tolerability of NRM-823 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors. To determine the recommended dose(s) for expansion (RDE)s of NRM-823 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors. The RDE may be the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or a biologically active dose below the MTD.
